About ANA E. RIVERA MORENO

Founder of Heco Properties, Ana developed an exclusive clientele during the last 12 years, dedicating herself to the Luxury Market in areas such as Dorado Beach, Rio Grande, north and east coast of the island. In those 12 years Ana developed relationships with investors interested in Luxury and resort properties as well as Beach and farm areas, giving her the opportunity to diversify all aspects of the real Estate business. She began to visualize herself in the real estate business in 2011, with the purpose of pursuing a career outside of corporate, in which she had successfully held different management positions in Puerto Rico and Texas.

She believes in a client-centered relationship based on respect, confidentiality, transparency, high degree of communication and negotiations that can bring benefits to her clients. She understands the power of the real estate network and uses it as part of her strategy to obtain essential information for the best interest of her clients. Turning the word into action is how 1Love Sato Adoption was born, an animal welfare organization 501 3©,created for the development and implementation of positive and beneficial actions for the animals of Puerto Rico. 

Ana has a deep love for her profession and believes in compassion as one of the most beautiful attributes that a human being can have.
